The PMEA 2026 Organizing Team will handle hotel bookings for participants at Hotel Bania. A limited number of rooms is available under conference conditions until 15 January 2026. After this date, availability and price are not guaranteed.

Where we’re staying

Hotel Bania sits in the Polish Tatras at the heart of Białka Tatrzańska, with on-site dining, wellness, and winter-sports access.

The complex is integrated with Terma Bania (aquapark + thermal pools), and the hotel fronts the main ski area - ideal if you plan to combine sessions with relaxation or skiing.

Accommodation arranged by the Organizing team

Accommodation for PMEA 2026 participants at Hotel Bania will be organized directly by the PMEA 2026 Organizing team. To ensure a smooth booking process and access to preferential conference rates, participants will be contacted by the Organizing team and provided with all necessary information, including available room types and PMEA 2026 conference rates.

    Direct coaches operate daily (some from the airport), with typical journey times ~1h35-2h10 depending on service and traffic.

  • Nowy Targ → Białka Tatrzańska

    Frequent regional buses/minibuses; fastest trips about 14-30 minutes.

  • Zakopane → Białka Tatrzańska

    Regular local minibuses ("busiki"). Car drive/bus typically ~30-40 minutes via Poronin/Bukowina.

  • From Kraków

    Take S7/DK7 toward Zakopane, exit near Nowy Targ onto DK49 to Białka Tatrzańska (about 1h20-1h40 outside peak/holiday traffic).

  • From Zakopane

    ~20 km east via Poronin → Bukowina Tatrzańska → Białka Tatrzańska.

  • From Slovakia

    Cross at Jurgów or Łysa Polana, then follow local roads via Bukowina Tatrzańska to Białka.
