The PMEA 2026 Organizing Team will handle hotel bookings for participants at Hotel Bania. A limited number of rooms is available under conference conditions until 15 January 2026. After this date, availability and price are not guaranteed.
Where we’re staying
Hotel Bania sits in the Polish Tatras at the heart of Białka Tatrzańska, with on-site dining, wellness, and winter-sports access.
The complex is integrated with Terma Bania (aquapark + thermal pools), and the hotel fronts the main ski area - ideal if you plan to combine sessions with relaxation or skiing.

Accommodation for PMEA 2026 participants at Hotel Bania will be organized directly by the PMEA 2026 Organizing team. To ensure a smooth booking process and access to preferential conference rates, participants will be contacted by the Organizing team and provided with all necessary information, including available room types and PMEA 2026 conference rates.
